Firstly, Pr. Kleftaras, Dean of Faculty, welcomed the members of the project team. Project Coordinator, Charoula Stathopoulou, after welcoming the team members, presented the overview of the project. During the first day of the meeting, all team members discussed about the project schedule, plan, objectives and deliverables.
Emphasis was placed on urgent activities which should be implemented immediately. At the second day of the meeting, all partners discussed about their communication’s arrangement. Vangelis Katsigiannakis, specialist in information technology, attended the meeting and expressed ideas about platform and website creation. He asked the members of the project team to clarify what kind of information should be uploaded to the website.
It was discussed that the purpose of the website is to inform the community, whereas, the purpose of the platform is to allow partners’ collaboration. Partners agreed to send their ideas about website and platform design. Also, partners identified project teams and defined their roles, reviewed the plan, explored and mitigated potential risks, set quality standards of the work program.
Finally, all team members together planned the next activities of the project.
